Cathrina's Light Foundation is dedicated to promoting the health and dignity of women in our communities. Our programs focus on providing essential health education, resources, and support services that empower women to take control of their health. We address critical issues such as reproductive health, mental well-being, and self-care practices. Executive Summary
Cathrina's Light Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2022 in honor of my late grandmother, Mrs Sebenzeni Cathrina Mpanza who passed away in February 2022. The foundation is dedicated to empowering communities, particularly through educational initiatives and support for underserved individuals, especially women and grade 12 students. The foundation's primary programs include the annual Miss Big 5 Hlabisa pageant, career exploration workshops, bursary application support for high school seniors, and the distribution of sanitary products to underprivileged women. Through these efforts, we aim to create lasting change and uplift our community.
