We provide essential educational resources and support to underprivileged communities, ensuring that children and young adults have access to quality learning materials and mentorship. Our programs are designed to inspire a love for learning and to cultivate skills that will equip individuals for future success. Executive Summary
Cathrina's Light Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2022 in honor of my late grandmother, Mrs Sebenzeni Cathrina Mpanza who passed away in February 2022. The foundation is dedicated to empowering communities, particularly through educational initiatives and support for underserved individuals, especially women and grade 12 students. The foundation's primary programs include the annual Miss Big 5 Hlabisa pageant, career exploration workshops, bursary application support for high school seniors, and the distribution of sanitary products to underprivileged women. Through these efforts, we aim to create lasting change and uplift our community.
